I always come to Sushi Ai for sushi or the bento box. It's delicious all the way around. I always recommend them. Not to mention, they are less than a 5 min walk from my apartment and that is a plus.

The food was very fresh....but they got my order wrong. I do not eat raw fish when ordering the St. Louis Roll I put in the comment section to fry the roll. I received it raw. But when call to complain they were very nice and gave me a credit for the next time I come in.

Waited 30 minutes past the pickup time for my food. That was a little frustrating, but they were pretty busy. Food was AWESOME & definitely worth the wait. Just wish they would have had it ready.

Downtown was super busy Friday due to basketball games. The order wasn't ready when I arrived, which has never happened before. The young lady apologized, returned the purchase, and sent me with my salad and vegetable tempura that was finished, and offered a credit for my next order. While this was an inconvenience, I was able to order a main dish elsewhere, and they acknowledged the inconvenience and showed that they valued my future business. It may be have been due to the high volume that day, but the vegetable salad was only a bowl of lettuce with a couple broccoli trees. I was expecting something more like peppers, zucchini and squash, broccoli and cauliflower and maybe some lettuce.

The food was delicious but was not ready when I went to pick up my food at the time that was chosen when I ordered my food. I had to wait about 15 minutes longer before my food was handed to me.

The food was good, very tasty. The sauce with the crab rangoons was spicy, delicious. The server I interacted with seemed a bit socially awkward, but she didn't do anything wrong. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for sushi downtown.

It was delicious. Pick up took a little long: the owner called to confirm our order and I missed the call, do they didn't prepare the food until I arrived at the restaurant. If I had answered my phone, timing probably would have been fine.

Love the Fried Rice, not a Sushi fan, but this is my go to when my wife is in the mood for Sushi which she loves from here as well.
